How do I reserve a hotel room if I’m staying in Fargo?
Our official lodging partner is the Holiday Inn of Fargo. Call the hotel directly at 701-282-2700 and ask for the Full Pod 2022 block to book at the discount rate of $94/night.
We’re from out of town. What is the best way to get there?
Driving directions are available by clicking on the location link above. For guests flying, Fargo offers a convenient airport (Hector International Airport). The Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport is the closest major airport and is approximately a 4 hour drive.
Will there be a shuttle provided?
Yes. A shuttle will be provided from our official lodging partner, Holiday Inn. The shuttle will run from 4-6 pm and 9:15 - 10:30 pm. You must be a guest of the Holiday Inn to use this shuttle service to and from the event.
Is dinner provided and what is the menu?
Yes. Your ticket includes a full meal provided by our official catering partner, Savory. The evening’s menu includes a variety of meats, salads, and dessert.
Is this a family-friendly event?
Yes. Please note that all attendees must have a ticket for entry.
Will there be adult beverages?
Adult beverages will be available for purchase for any guests 21+.
Can I select my seat?
You are able to select the table you would like to sit at. However, ticket purchases made on a mobile device or tablet automatically will default to the next best available seats.
Can I select my sweatshirt size?
Yes. During the ticket checkout process, you are able to select the size of sweatshirt you’d like to receive. Limited to one sweatshirt per attendee. Sweatshirt sizes are standard adult sizing. We recommend selecting size XS or S for youth.
What if I purchased my ticket after 9/15 – do I still get a sweatshirt?
Yes. We cannot guarantee your sweatshirt will be ready at the event, but you will be provided either a promotional code to order a complimentary one through our website OR we will have it mailed to you as soon as we receive it from our vendor.
